"In control panel I am unable to open internet options. I get message "access to this feature has been disabled by a restriction set by your system admin." Now I am the sys admin and have done nothhing which would stop it from opening. Help please"

Which rule(s) does this violate?: 1. No Linking Spam - Posts just to advertise other sites will be deleted 2. Don't use individual people's names (unless they're famous) 3.
